SIN: Jing Long Seafood Restaurant
Sweet, sour, salty (and spicy when eaten with chili) fish skin! Started off as a humble stall in Bedok in 1999, Jing Long Seafood Restaurant managed to make its business work. After 10 years, it took up an offer to take over a restaurant space just opposite the original stall. It was one of the rare occasions that I went all the way to the east for dinner.
