SIN: Pranakorn

Image
No 'pad thai' and pineapple fried rice: no problem! Pranakorn, while the spelling may vary, is an old name for the capital city of Thailand: Bangkok. The head chef, of what considered to be a little gem in Changi Village by many, hailed from Chonburi that's approximately 80 km from Bangkok. There's quite an array of dishes served there, but forget about finding the two aforementioned quintessential Thai dishes on the menu.
