BAH: Dilmun Lounge @ Bahrain International Airport

Image
Choose the correct wrap(s) for yourself! Having read many reviews online about how good Dilmun Lounge at Bahrain International Airport is, my BFF and I'd planned to go to the airport early to give it a shot using our Priority Pass membership cards. Once we were done walking around the transit area, we immediately went to the lounge have a proper dinner.

BAH: Jasmi's

Image
A decent fast-food eatery in Bahrain! Jasmi's is a fast-food chain founded by Jassim Al Ameen in 1986. Born and bred in Bahrain, it plans to franchise its brand to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. At the point of writing, it has got more than twenty branches locally, as well as in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

BAH: Coco's

Image
Does coriander and lemon rice sound interesting to you? On the last day of our stay in Bahrain, my BFF and I walked to the trendy neighbourhood of Adliya again. Said to be one of the Kingdom's culinary gems, Coco's serves an extensive variety of international dishes at its rustic colonial building and garden.

BAH: Le Chocolat

Image
Don't forget to try the saffron pistachio cake and hot chocolate! My BFF and I hadn't planned to dine at Le Chocolat at all. It was when we were walking at the quiet Diplomatic Area in the evening that we decided to give the café a try, which is apparently recommended for its wood-fired pizzas.

BAH: Naseef Café

Image
Eat breakfast like Middle Eastern royalty! Here's my last post of 2017! It's said that Naseef Café has been serving one of the best homemade mango ice cream since 1920. In addition, it also serves a particular breakfast set that keeps people coming back for more. My BFF and I had the chance to go to the original branch at Manama Souq.

BAH: Mama Maya

Image
Dare to try their Exotic Salmon ? The first evening in Manama, Bahrain brought my BFF and me to Adliya, one of the four centres of nightlife in the city. We decided to go to Mama Maya, a three-storey restaurant, which was founded in June 2016. Despite its young age, it has garnered quite a few positive reviews online.

BAH: Swiss International Palace Hotel [Breakfast]

Image
Expect one or two Indian food everyday! To me, a 3D2N stay in Bahrain was enough. I spent my two nights at Swiss International Palace Hotel, which offers free shuttle service to and from the airport. Shown here are most of the breakfast buffet items prepared by its Swiss Café during my stay there.
