Smooth and creamy coconut ice cream!
In this sunny island of Singapore, ice cream is a year-round treat for many. Today, I'm going to write about a particular ice cream vendor, which history dates back to 1984. As a purveyor of premium ice cream, New Zealand Natural can be found in no less than 23 countries as of today.

I went to the kiosk at Paragon Shopping Centre twice over the past few weeks. Honeydew couldn't wait to lick the mouth-watering ice cream off the cones!
Rainbow Ice Cream (Single Scoop) S$4.90
Taste: 8/10
Featuring a kaleidoscope of natural colours, the ice cream had a nice bubblegum flavour without that cloying sweetness. It'd definitely be a hit among boys and girls due to its captivating appearance and fun taste!
Mango Passion Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream (Single Scoop) S$4.90
Taste: 8/10
Said to be made of almost 98% fat-free frozen yogurt, the ice cream had a nice sweet and sour balance. It wasn't only studded with mango bits, but also contained a blend of mango and passion fruit ripple.
Affogato Ice Cream (Single Scoop) S$4.90
Taste: 8.5/10
Being one of the three 2014 Gold Award flavours, the creamy duet of vanilla beans and coffee ice cream surely didn't disappoint at all. It also came with espresso ripple, which further enhanced the overall aroma.
Crème de Coconut Ice Cream (Single Scoop) S$4.90
Taste: 9/10
To me, the best would be the ice cream made of real coconut cream, despite it not making it into the 2014 Gold Award flavours (the rest being Caramel Chocolate Crunch and English Toffee). Its smooth and creamy texture was complemented well by the sweet and savoury taste of the tropical fruit.
Melon's Rating
Taste: 8.5/10
Good and affordable, New Zealand Natural has nailed it. I shall try other flavours soon when I've recovered from this annoying flu. Pika's advice: Besides ice cream, the kiosk also sells other delectable items, such as smoothies. Do give them a try!
